Abstract The concrete tackifier M32 was synthesized by terpolymerization using isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, N, N-dimethyl acrylamide and acrylic acid as reaction monomers, and that concentration and proportion of reactive monomer, reaction temperature, initiator dosage and dropping time of reactive monome were studied. The effects of various factors on the properties of concrete viscosifier were studied, and the process parameters were optimized, and the effects of various factors on the properties of concrete viscosifier were investigated by means of IR and NMR. Its molecular structure was characterized and its molecular weight was determined by gel permeation chromatography. The experimental results show that the synthetic concrete tackifier M32 has obvious viscosity-increasing effect, which can improve the phenomena of segregation, bleeding and bottoming of concrete, and improve the workability and encapsulation of concrete,when the isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, N, N-dimethyl acrylamide, acrylic acid molar ratio is 1∶120∶120, the total reaction monomer concentration is 15%, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃, the amount of initiator and the dropping time was 1.0% and 60 min, respectively.The M32 content in that concrete is 70%—80% of that of the BASF420 in comparison with the BASF420 tackify, and the 28 d compressive strength of concrete can be increased by about 8%, and the effect of the product is remarkable in practical engineering application.

He won 1 first prize and 2 second prizes of Huaxia Construction Science and Technology and completed 1 second prize of Guangdong Civil Architecture Association One monograph (co-author), and more than 40 academic papers were published. Participated in a number of “12th Five-Year Plan”, “11th Five Standard for Test Me-thods for Long-term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete Stan-dard (GB/T50082-2009), Standard for Durability Testing and Evaluation of Concrete (JGJ/T 193-2009), General Code for Design of Concrete Mixture Ratio (JGJ 55-2011), Standard for Concrete Quality Control (GB50164-2011), “Magnesium oxide expansion agent for concrete” (CBMF19-2017), “Technical Regulations for Application of Magnesium Oxide for Concrete” and other national standards. |
