表面织构参数对渗氮304钢在纳米微粒添加剂润滑油作用下摩擦特性的影响

Abstract A micro pit morphology with equal aperture and spacing was etched on the surface of 304 steel by laser device. The laser textured sample was placed in the nitriding furnace for surface nitriding treatment. The surfactant was used to modify SiO₂ and TiO₂ with mass ratio of 1∶1 which were added to base oil with 3% mass fraction. The friction and wear experiments of the composite modification surface were tested by friction and wear testing machine. The micro-hardness, chemical composition, morphology and wear morphology of samples were studied systematically. The results showed that the tribological properties of 304 steel were affec-ted by surface texture parameters and the friction factor decreased with the increase of pore diameter and spacing. During the process of friction, the micro pits could play the role of collecting debris, storing lubricant and reducing wear. The micro hardness of the composite modification surface increased from 222.53HV_0.1 to 573.63HV_0.1, and the hardness has been significantly improved. The nanoparticle added to lubricating oil cooperate with the composite modification surface had better tribological property. The combination of compound lubrication structure and lubricating oil containing nano additives could significantly reduce wear and had excellent tribological properties.
