Abstract In order to study the effect of cement content, mass concentration and rod scrub on the strength of the filling body during the formation of the mixed aggregate cementing body strength, based on the analysis of the physicochemical properties of the filling material, it was determined the rod scrub/full tailings ratio based on the maximum compactness theory. Then, based on the response surface method, the effects of cement content, mass concentration and rod scrub ratio on the compressive strength of different ageing fillings were studied, and the strength response surface regression model of cement fillings in each curing age was established. It provides a scientific method for the mixed aggregate filling design of the mine. The results show that the compressive strength of cemented backfill is not only affected by a single factor, but also the interaction between factors has a significant effect on the compressive strength. The interaction between mass concentration and rod scrub has a significant effect on early strength. The ratio of cement content to rod scrub has a significant effect on medium-term strength, while the interaction between cement content and mass concentration has a significant effect on the late strength of the filling body. Based on the engineering background of Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area, the optimization parameters of mixed aggregate cementing fillings were optimized, and a set of optimal fil-ling ratio parameters were obtained, and the test is verified to meet Jinchuan Mine strength requirements.
