三维原子探针表征10Ni3MnCuAl钢时效过程中析出相NiAl和Cu的变化规律

Abstract In this paper, we analyzed the variation rule of precipitates with time in 10Ni3MnCuAl steel during aging at 540 ℃ by three-dimensional atom probe (3DAP) and studied the crystal structure of the NiAl precipitates and their distribution on the martensite by TEM. The results show: the mean volume-equivalent radius of B2-NiAl precipitates increases from 1.13 nm to 2.13 nm, while the number density decreases from 1.70×10²² m^-3 at 2 h to 3.40×10²¹ m^-3 at 100 h. The mean volume-equivalent radius of these Cu precipitates increases from 1.04 nm to 2.08 nm, and the number density decreases from 6.04×10²¹ m^-3 at 2 h to 2.00×10²¹ m^-3 at 100 h. As time changes, the shapes of them are changed from sphe-rical to long strips, B2-NiAl precipitates are dispersed on the martensite lath which play a major role in the strengthening of the matrix. There are superlattice in crystal orientation [200] of the matrix.

In recent years, more than 110 die-related scientific research projects have been completed (scientific research funds reached more than 83 million yuan). He has published more than 350 journal papers, and 20 national invention patents were autho-rized. He has won three second-class prizes for provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress. He is the chief expert of the “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “Key Technology Development of High Quality Die Steel Forging Materials” and “High Performance Tool Steel and Application” project of “13th Five-Year” National Key R & D Project.
