Abstract In order to improve the inspection level of incoming materials, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of inspection cost and the interpretation level of the enterprise, starting from the sampling party of the standard glass inspection, through the use of the combination of IEC standards, national standards and industry standards.Discussed the sampling inspection plan of substrate glass and cover glass for CIGS photovoltaic modules. By dividing the incoming materials into batches, formulating sampling plans for appearance, size, warpage, transmittance, and packaging, as well as the acceptable quality limit AQL of the inspection, the quality characteristics are qualified and unqualified in accordance with relevant regulations. Standardize the glass sampling inspection process for CIGS photovoltaic modules and standardize the sampling inspection to ensure the stability of the quality of glass raw materials.
