医用NiTi形状记忆合金表面氧化改性研究进展

Abstract Oxidation is an important surface modification technique for NiTi shape memory alloys, and the commonly used oxidation methods include thermal oxidation, micro-arc oxidation, anodic oxidation and chemical oxidation. Although the four met-hods all utilize the element Ti in the alloy to generate an in-situ oxide coating that mainly consists of crystalline or amorphous TiO₂ on the alloy surface, they have diverse principles, coating morphology and coating structures. This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of these four methods and sketches out the development trend of the surface modification technique of NiTi shape memory alloy.
