反相微乳液聚合法制备的(AA-AM-C<sub>18</sub>DMAAC-St)四元共聚感温凝胶微球

Abstract HWSP, as a new quaternary copolymer temperature sensing gel microsphere, was synthesized through antiphase micro emulsion polymerization by using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), octadecyl dimethylallyl ammonium chloride (C₁₈DMAAC) and styrene (St) as material. The morphology and structure of the HWSP were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), and the water absorption and temporary plugging properties of the HWSP were studied under different preparation conditions. Results show that the requirement, adjusting but not blocking, blocking but not dying, of temperature sensitive temporary plugging agent HWSP could be realized under the simulated formation environment conditions; what's more, the HWSP shows the best water absorption performance, as well as certain salt tolerance and thermal stability under the condition of m(C₁₈DMAAC)∶m(AA+AM)∶m(St) of 1∶5∶0.55.
