Preparation of Chitosan Sponge Loaded with Spherical Zn/Al-LDH and Research on Its Microfiber Removal Performance |

Abstract This paper uses hydrothermal synthesis of spherical zinc-aluminum layered hydroxide (Zn/Al-LDH), and ultrasonically loads different contents of spherical Zn/Al-LDH on chitosan sponge to study its effect on microfibers in washing wastewater. Adsorption removal effect. The sponge was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, specific surface area adsorption and desorption instrument, etc., and the adsorption capacity of different specifications of sponges on microfibers was explored. The fiber has excellent adsorption performance. The specific surface area is the largest when the mass ratio of the loaded spherical Zn/Al-LDH to chitosan is 1∶50, which is 105.39 m2/g, the adsorption effect is the best, and the maximum adsorption efficiency can reach 42.06%. The maximum adsorption capacity can reach 63.09 mg/g.

Presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu Key Research and Development Program, and Jiangsu Social Development Project.
