AlON陶瓷的研究现状与发展趋势

Abstract Aluminum nitride (AlON) has good high temperature resistance, thermal stability, erosion resistance, light transmittance and processability. It has good light transmittance in the range from near ultraviolet to medium infrared, and the light transmittance has the same performance in all directions. These excellent performance determines its broad application prospect in the field of national defense and civil.In this paper, the crystal structure, properties and industrial application of AlON ceramics are introduced briefly. The preparation of AlON powder and AlON ceramics are reviewed. The influence of sintering process and sintering additives on AlON ceramic microstructure and properties and the influence of sintering additives on the sintering process are discussed. The key scientific and technical issues are raised, and the future development direction of the AlON ceramic is prospected.
