Medium Temperature Molding and Properties of Silicon Soluble Polyimide Film |

Abstract Seven kinds of linear soluble polyimides were prepared by copolymerization and incorporation of flexible units, organic silicon and trifluoro-methyl substituent into the polymer structure. After film coating with the solution of polyimides, the membranes could be obtained by evaporation of solvent at 120 ℃. The obtained polyimides' structures and performance were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(Fr-IR), thermal gravimetrie analysis(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and so on.Results showed that all of the obtained polyimides showed excellent solubility in solvents. The fluorine-containing polyimides with molar content of GAPD being 10% showed the best combination property in all of the obtained linear polyimides, with the intrinsic viscosity 0.392 dL/g, 5% weight loss temperature 519 ℃, Tg=311 ℃, the tensile strength 79 MPa and elongation at break 25%, level of adhesion zero.

About author:: Ying Chen was born in 1986, Ph.D., lecturer of Chengdu Technological University. She graduated from Northwestern University of Technology in polymer materials and engineering in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in engineering. In 2013 graduated from Northwestern University of Technology with a doctorate in polymer chemistry and physics. From 2014 to 2016, postdoctoral research was carried out in materials science at the University of Electronic Science and Technology. She published more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign journals, of which SCI included 6 articles and 2 articles in one district. She is mainly engaged in the research of polymer modification and processing direction and presided over a Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Project. |
