Abstract In order to obtain microstructure injection products with better comprehensive properties, polycarbonate (PC)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) blends were prepared by melt blending method. And a microstructure injection product was made by using PC/PBT blends as raw materials. The influence of the morphology of PC/PBT blends on the properties of microstructural products was studied. The results show that with the increase of PBT content, the notch impact strength of injection molding products is significantly increased, and the tensile strength shows a decreasing trend. When the PBT content reaches 30wt%, the comprehensive mechanical properties of injection molding products reach the best. Rheological behavior and crystallization behavior of microstructure products were studied by rheometer and DSC. With the increase of PBT content, the flexible chain of the blend system becomes more and more, and the processing fluidity is significantly improved, which is more conducive to the processing of microstructure products. When the PBT content reaches 30wt%, the microstructure products both exhib-it good rheological properties and mechanical properties. DSC test results show that the presence of a small amount of PC can promote the crystallization of the blend system.
