铜-钢高频感应钎焊工艺及其对接头组织和导电性的影响

Abstract Aiming at solving copper-steel dissimilar metal welding problems which happened in the permanent cathode plate conducting rod production,the high-frequency induction brazing experiments of T2 copper and 316 stainless steel were conducted with Sn-Cu solder and they were tested in different processes. Optical microscope,SEM,EDS and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the microstructure, phase morphology and elemental species of the joints. Meanwhile,intelligent metal conductor resistivity meter was also used to test conductivity of different samples. The results show that the cross-sections formed by different processes are obviously divided into copper diffusion reaction layer, central weld layer, steel diffusion reaction layer and no serious welding defects appear. The copper diffusion reaction layer presents continuous “zigzag”,which is composed of Cu₆Sn₅. Central weld layer mainly contains tin,tin oxides and Cu₆Sn₅. A few Fe_1.3Sn are generated in the steel diffusion reaction layer. The conductivity of the samples are inversely proportional to the formation of the Cu₃Sn and the welding temperature. The parameters can be used to control the welding quality,the connection strength and conductivity of the copper-steel welding joint.
